Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through Tuftara within the United States and internationally. By placing an order with Tuftara, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Shipping Costs Within the USA
We offer free shipping on all rug orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for domestic deliveries.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).
The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please Note
- Many of our rugs are handcrafted or made to order. Delivery for these rugs may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.
- For large rugs (8 feet and above) and for all hand-tufted rugs during winter months, shipping may require up to 2 additional weeks due to the latex curing process used during production.
C. Delivery Terms
Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your rug arrives safely and efficiently.
D. Change of Address
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

E. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time until delivery.
F. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process the cancellation without penalty.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further instructions.
G. Parcels Damaged During Transit
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and contacting us immediately.
If the package was delivered while you were unavailable, please contact us within 24–48 hours to initiate a damage claim. Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product may be required.
H. International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on most rug orders outside the USA, excluding certain oversized or specialty rugs.
Please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If customs charges are not paid on time and the shipment is returned or destroyed, Tuftara will not be responsible for refunds or replacements.
- Rugs larger than 10 feet may require up to 2 additional weeks for international delivery due to transit regulations affecting some shipping routes.

Lost Package Assistance
If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our support team. We will assist you in coordinating a carrier investigation and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
